The personal data entered by the User in the appropriate contact forms are collected and processed for the purpose of communicating with the User.
The data may be used by the site manager to send newsletters and email communications regarding the activities of www.gioiawedding.it.
Such data are processed on protected computer media in compliance with current laws and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. They may only be disclosed upon request of the judicial authority.
www.gioiawedding.it therefore guarantees full compliance with the regulations regarding the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003.
The data controller is Azienda Gioia Intrattenimenti – Via Libero Bovio, 11 – 80031 Brusciano (NA) in the person of the legal representative.
The User, by using the contact procedure, accepts the processing of data by Gioia Intrattenimenti.
The User may at any time exercise the rights granted to him by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we report below, by writing to the manager of this website through the contact form.
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
